Antique Pocket Knife

This pocket knife is an antique knife circa 1800, working piece of St. Louis history! If only it could talk. My educated guess would place it in the early 19th Century. Evidently made by a St. Louis Company, some letters can be made out on the blade, and under the letters is this emblem: \St.Louis/ \ MO / The overall length is 5 1/2", with a 2 1/2" blade. It has chipped bone scales, and the whole knife is in good condition. The blade is high carbon and holds a super edge! This knife can't talk, but it sure can cut! I used it to field dress my deer this year!!!! If you don't want it, I'll be glad to keep it!
